ONNA, Okinawa, Japan - Pacific Golf Management Co., Ltd. (PGM), a subsidiary of Tokyo-listed Heiwa Corporation, opened PGM Hotel Resort Okinawa on July 3, 2026. The 201-room resort sits on Okinawa's northwest coast beside PGM's own GRAND PGM golf course and pairs golf-stay packages with nine room types, five restaurants, three bars, a spa by L'OCCITANE en Provence, indoor and outdoor pools, and a golf simulator studio.

The resort's design draws on Okinawa's natural surroundings, balancing quiet, unscripted downtime with more active pursuits such as golf, water sports and fitness. Public spaces are oriented to make the most of natural light, sea breezes and views of the East China Sea.

Guest Rooms

All 201 rooms across nine room types measure 45 sqm (484 sq ft) or larger. Interiors pair an open, airy layout with calm, understated furnishings. Deluxe rooms can be configured with three beds for parties of three, and connecting rooms are available for groups of four.

Dining and Bar

The resort operates eight food and beverage outlets in total: five restaurants and three bars. Menus are built around Okinawan ingredients and change with the seasons. The main restaurant, Nangoku, serves a breakfast buffet and an à la carte dinner featuring local produce.

Wellness and Facilities

Guests have access to a garden pool, an indoor pool, a golf simulator built on the same system used by touring professionals, and one of the largest fitness centers in Okinawa Prefecture. A wellness area combines hot and cold therapies for recovery, and an on-site "Sustainable Station" lets guests refill in-room tumblers with filtered water as part of the hotel's sustainability program.

PGM Hotel Resort Okinawa adjoins PGM Golf Resort Okinawa, operated under PGM's premium "GRAND PGM" course brand. The course overlooks the East China Sea and the Motobu Peninsula and Ie Island in the distance, and draws golfers from Okinawa and abroad.
